Listing Instructions

1. To list your property, click HERE to fill out the FSBO Form, or make an appointment—814-837-7824—to stop in at 303 Elk Ave., Kane, or Mail to Arden Services, 303 Elk Ave., Kane, PA 16735. To submit by mail, complete the FSBO form, print it out, and mail it in. Include:
  • A description of your property, including numbers and types of rooms, any special features, size of lot, etc.
  • Location: city, borough, village, town or township, the county it's in, and the state—your property will be listed in the appropriate county along with any other listings in the same area.
2. To submit your photos.
  • If you have JPEG (.jpg) photos, and the size does not exceed 50K each, you may attach them to an email message. Ask, and we will provide you with an email address for submitting a photo or photos. DO NOT EMAIL ANY OTHER FORMAT PHOTO OR ANY LARGER SIZE
  • We accept photos on CD and 3-1/2" floppy disks, and will return the CD or disks to you.
  • If you have "regular" photographs, mail them or bring them to Arden Services to be scanned and returned to you.
  • If you want us to take digital photographs of your property in Kane or Wetmore Township, the fee is $6.00 regardless of the number of photos you want. If you are located within 35 miles of Kane, but outside Wetmore Township, contact us and we will discuss the fee.

Send or bring a check made payable to Arden Services. Fee is $25.00 for the first TWO months for a listing and up to one photo. There is a one-time charge for extra photos: for one extra photo (total two photos)—$2.00; for two extra photos (total three photos)—$4.00; for three or more extra photos (total four or more photos)—$6.00.
